28 Red or White LED's (Light Emitting Diodes) per panel. These are solid state, with no filaments to break, no maintenance and when used with our controller should be virtually indestructible. An LED's life-span is over 100,000 hours of use.

The 3.5 candle power LED's are wired on four circuits and spaced to give optimum 'random' effect. On the back of each panel is a current control circuit to protect the LED's and give uniform brightness. A British made transformer guarantees maximum protection isolating the panels from the mains supply.

The controller can be set for use on either 110V or 220V. There is a current limiter on all outputs, an on/off switch and speed controller for a twinkling effect. There is an audio input for both line and speaker, so that the floor will operate in a 'sound to light' mode. Our purpose built controller will run any number of panels (specified on ordering). Box edging can be supplied in addition to our usual ramped edging to conceal cables and connectors. It is not possible to operate the mains by remote key fob.

If it is not practical to run mains to the floor, it is possible to run up to five panels from one rechargeable 24V battery pack (batteries last for a minimum of 4 hours for 5 panels). This comes complete with charger (110V or 220V), leads and remote control fob. The 4 button key fob works remotely from up to 30m (100ft) away to turn all panels on, off, makes them twinkle and varies the spend of the twinkle.
